I needed to trim them with nail scissors and suspect this shagginess was the reason they were sold at a reduced price. Bought this so that I could simply attach it to my existing 4 bike Thule 954 Ridgeline hitch unit. Operation of the headset is seamless with my Polycom desktop phone both from a functionality point of view & physically. My wife loves these slippers. I love New Balance shoes this is probably my 15th pair I have very wide feet and not many shoe makers offer the 4E width. I recommend this rack to anyone who has an outside storage need like I do. Pamphlet 1 lists them as 2 separate items, numbers 1 and 53. I would recommend you use a Hand wash or delicate cycle machine wash to maintain the quality of the slippers and the performance of the memory. Since my look will be bedazzled this belt really throws things off because of the tarnished dull look. If you have wide feet you will find them uncomfortable.
