Lee has lost me as a valued customer and frankly, they will lose a great many more customers too. The assembly directions are poorly written and the parts arent labeled. This shoe does not work for me. It stays in place with general wear at work. Customer service was great about the missing parts. For the Chromebook it would stay connected about 40 feet (through walls), with the phone it was about 30 feet. Great fit, fast delivery
