I dont know what else to do except return it . 5cm???????????????????????22. Whilst having the thing open, I noticed that the build quality really is poor. I hope this replacement lead does as well. Per the active watch, I burn more calories walking my dog. Especially with his shoes, all you see is the color of the heel of the shoes, so if youve got 5 pairs of black shoes, a label is necessary. But when walking down the street (which is why I use them), I gotta jam these in. Not the fault of product, but dumb luck. Not sure if youd run into these issues with any towel bar but, it sure was a frustrating process with this one. My only criticism is the price.
