If my husband can use them, anyone can. Turns out my original was simply a lemon. Took me a minute to understand i had to slip them on, but other then that went in without a problem. I have the regular fit flop flip flop so I thought these would work as well. For a child that likes a nightlight, this might be ok, but even then it might be too bright. The seller was great and would buy again. The bikes position can be adjusted many ways. I returned these and ended up going with Titan spotter arms for the T-2 rack (they fit any 2x2 rack with a one inch hole). I will buy again for sure! I?m the outer skin is very flimsy.
