I?m a grocery store employee on my feet all day and there was no break in period needed for these, whereas Patent leather model were agonizing for weeks. Fit our salesman rack perfectly when extended all the way up. Love the way it fit. I received the coat rack in a box that looked like it had been through a war zone - crushed and torn - however there was enough protection inside the packaging that the coat rack was completely undamaged. Excellently priced especially when the bigger brands charge so much! The second issue I had was the screws to attach the rack to the wall (and by the way the kit does provide wall anchors). But when I have received the product I was totally disappointed and here are the reasons:1: Freakishly large and heavy. A very generous size. The cord is over 6 ft long and is made of durable material. I think my hose clamps (universal types) poked the hose and tore it.
