I wish the company would help me out. So I have to say my first of impression of these headphones was astounding. My daughter loves them. Also, the little keys ONLY work with the picture-hardware shown in the video. Los Bose controlan mejor los graves, pero decaen con los agudos. One star rating for the build quality, I cant belive they sell such a crap plastic and cheap wires well packed for that kind of money. It looks nice and holds our shoes just fine. They just have no bass to begin with and you cant eq more. Wow is all I can say. Soles vary in construction so some are not comfy for my feet so I ordered another color and voile its fine!
