Heavy duty comes with hardware to install I used my soundcore liberty neo for comparison, listening to Metallicas One streaming on Amazon. the look of the product is fantastic but the biggest downfall to this fantastic headset is the microphone, it softens your voice causing pauses i would still recommend a external mic for clear voice sound quality, thats why i give this product 4/5 stars i love the product but the microphone is poor. Not sure what else I could do. I really needed a pair of headphones and was very excited for these! Good slipper, not the mush sole. Thank you ?? ?? They issued a refund and I purchased another. Not too happy with the quality. for the price i would say it is ok.
