I got the size 398 Reece sandal and it did not fit. My first impressions were that it was a nice and simple design, yet looked like it would hold my phone comfortably. The ambiance noise control is very good- App really does wonders to your preference. You have to unbolt it from your cargo rack, unscrew the back, take it apart, change the battery and then bolt it back to the rack. Note that the screw heads of the hex socket and Torx socket screws are the same diameter and height and so that should not have had an effect on this problem. The sound is excellent and the FED is good The throttles front buttons are loose and poorly aligned with the switches underneath them, so they dont click unless pressed at just the right angle. I love the product. The only other slight negative is that they have a completely white sole, the Go Runs have a half grey and half white sole, but the entire bottom of the sole is grey. After a couple months of wearing them I can shove my foot into them without bending over to hold the shoe.
