Since the software becomes unresponsive every few hours, I have to literally force-quit the app, restart it and then it starts working again. The controls allow you to do everything, Siri/voice control, volume and song selection which is very well designed from a UI standpoint. I can hear customers clearly and they can hear me as well. One thing to note is the instructions that came with the speaker say to not charge the speaker with it turned on. Even if the music doesnt take you back to some good/crazy times in your life like it did me.
