Some sharpness is lost on that end of the spectrum, but its not terrible. My kid is tough on his shoes and these have held up well, I highly recommend them. Because of the limited and poor directions, I am not having a good experience with this device. If this was the only option I?d go with it, but my preference was the Mophie case. I liked the look, I liked the texture of the joysticks, and I liked the feel generally of the hold (all ps4 controllers are ideal for me so thats not a shock). They charge very quickly, which is also great for the kids. The battery doesn?t seem to have finished in the last 7-8 months of consistent use. I just think theyre awful ugly. They are completely water resistant so get them wet or rinse them off. they are crap.
