As I doubt Thule would offer to replace my frame if it broke I decided not to risk it on my pride and joy. I brought enough water with me to drink, but not enough to keep handling my dirty sandal over-and-over again in order to keep my big toe from blood loss. not sure how it held up through time. but they dont bend or break Easy to take on & off for charging or adjusting. It was like a broken ball point pen. It tracks better than the Sony (which lacks anti-skate). Very disappointed that this slipper was not the least bit comfortable because the material is stiff and inflexible. Very scratchy and stiff. Not the supple, soft leather slipper made in the USA decades ago, but a stiff "leather upper, balance man made materials" as it says on the inside upper part of the slipper.
