I contacted star tech and they sent me a replacement, which promptly did the same thing. The battery life is phenomenal, I havent even gotten it down to half battery yet, and I work long shifts. The advertised size is usually one size too large, so if you normally wear a UK 9, then don?t order size 9, order size 8 and it will fit. (However like any shoe they still require a tiny bit of breaking in.
