The plastic surrounding the cushion even says that the instructions are inside (flat against the back of the cushion). I am good to go! I have only had the shoes for less than a week now, but so far so good. I have the older model of the Blue Yeti as well and this cord will not work with that. I received the call within five minutes. It is somewhat stiff, although it still bends because of the accordion construction. [UPDATE as of 2020/5/6]I am NOW giving this item 5 stars because the customer service I received was nothing short of phenomenal.
