I contacted Artiste Technology and they sent me, no charge, a digital to analog converter. good headset, quality sound. The straps are small and difficult to to do up especially if you have wide feet, and I definitely purchased the "wide width" style. This product allows me to have that AND my things are easily accessible! They have cute pink puff at the top just like the picture and they have grips on the bottom so I won?t slip. The speakers are roughly tied before the size comes into play, and the UE is just a lot smaller. Hopefully they hold up for a long time. It was easy to connect.
