Id like to ship it back but cant get it back in the box. It takes awhile but I do have to replace them from time to time. I was surprised to see micro usb and not usb-c on this new product, but I am ok with that. Rated 3-stars to average out my initial 5-star opinion vs the 1-star for such a catastrophic flaw. Feature rich but intuitive in operation . My O Minus had a squeaky right click. Unfortunately, I can not return it anymore because it?s been 30 days from the day I purchased the item. I love these earbuds, they fit snug and I can wear them whatever Im doing Picture with Flare 2 and boomer-banana for size comparison. likely the over ear design rather than any ANR technology.
