There is no excuse for producing anything so cheaply. YOU WILL NEVER WEAR ANY OTHER SHOES. With that said however the feeling of the pads on both headphones are very soft and dont hurt over a long listening period. So, really upset that I didnt get what I ordered. Asked them to send me a replacement after emailing them a photo. Worth the extra money compared to other Trail Cameras. I even plugged my wired Bose for my phone in and they didn?t sound as good as these headphones. However, 10 in this shoe fit like 9. 5 & 11. I will be very precise and honest with my experience using these buds.
