I wore these the whole time and they were so comfortable; my feet NEVER hurt and my back seemed to get what it needed too. The sound quality is goodThe problem is the headphones are acting up and all my buddies are saying there getting feedback from my headset. Specially now because most of the gyms are closed. Anyway, zero ambient noise does not bother me.
