The slipper closure is not adjustable (not velcro or strap) so depending on the foot "volume" it may be loose or tight but I have a good fit without any uncomfortable binding on the top of my feet; it helps that the top strap is wide, around 3 inches at its most narrow. Good to go. I could hear others speaking and listen music clearly. The rubber on the cord is less pliable and I couldnt neatly roll it up like my last ones. Order your actual size. After an hour or so of wear, it becomes extremely uncomfortable. This is so worth the money and so so cute! beautiful as always!
