These shoes have a high arch support which I?ve found hard to find in a more affordable shoe. But when I have received the product I was totally disappointed and here are the reasons:1: Freakishly large and heavy. Great size, profile, responsive. Considering I bought this yesterday and it has arrived so quickly AND it in seemingly perfect working order, I would say I highly recommend this purchase. Tried to contact customer service but never got through so will be sending it back for a refund. The microphone itself is sturdily built and feels like a quality product. So, all I needed was something to store all of my aquarium goodies nicely as underneath the aquarium was getting very crowded and hard to find anything. Besides, REI was not providing installs at the time due to CV-19. I had to find this ad again on amazon to remind me how the thing was supposed to go together (no big deal, pretty simple to figure out from the picture), then had to nearly beat the rack into submission to get one of the screws through the previously mentioned off-kilter hole. My only issue is that you can not adjust the chat to game volume like with gaming headsets, but since they?re the only one that even offers the chat option I can?t complain.
