They are a little tight feeling so if I wear them a long time it seems like a blister waiting to happen. I was super paranoid about this getting on my new clothes, so I used a lint brush to try to get it all off. When you close the cap it has to adjust cause the front silicone keeps getting closed on the case if that makes sense. But at this price, its just not acceptable that literally no configuration for the bending of the hook things doesnt irritate the skin, except for bending it so its not actually hooking on the ear, but because of the design, that means it is basically going to fall out under any motion - and even then, I am noticing some irritation where the hook meets the ear - its really obnoxious. The very first time I wore them and they look like they have been mauled. they fit wonderful just dont tie them to tight or they will rub against your heels. Its a gift for Christmas ?? If it had some cushening there the it was 5 stars. This waist belt goes with almost every outfit. This is what I was exactly looking for.
