The game and chat audio wheel is a nice convenient item not super required but if your off voice comes you can really crank up the game audio and a it make sit much louder without having to turn up the overall volume. I have been researching bluetooth headphones for months. Great sounds and easy to pair. It must have a design flaw. The instructions are in Japanese, so I was not able to read them. They are nice and warm and fit well. I like the earbuds and how loud they are. The elastic strap is ridiculously too short. Hope this helps,Best of luck. Packaging was damaged but product was not.
