The shoe has many crystals that shine everywhere. my waist is actually 28 inches but I ordered a small and it only went halfway around my waist which is what I wanted because from my experience, waist trainers stretch out, so always order smaller. Comparatively, theyre equally comfortable clamping onto my head, however the Krones are breathable and my ears dont get warm after hours of use. Purchased as a gift for daughter and wife. Absolutely satisfied! I am using it for Call of Duty and games like it, so directional sound is VERY important.
