I gave it 4 stars only because one wasnt cut straight, but it wasnt that bad. SENA does not do ANY repairs and can not recommend anyone who does. Unfortunately, when Im on a conference call or making a personal call, the party on the other line say I sound "muffled". Run! They are not worth $80 in my opinion! Hell wear these for quite a while.
