The pads are not very soft, and there is quite a bit of pressure. The noise cancellation feature is excellent, much better than I expected from a unit for this price, and much better than a few other similar units I have that are much more expensive. Wearing these, I also have created a hole in the rawhide stitching where the leather came loose from the rawhide and cannot be repaired. Noise is without a doubt quieter. I found the company email in the information sent with the package. I dont like how noisy it is and wish the tension was easier to set, but overall it functions well and helps me accomplish what I want with it. passen perfekt auf meine Bose QC35 (nicht 2, also ohne Google Assistenten) ?? first time with this issue but besides that the keyboard works great doesnt look amazing as used to be but it works.
