I have always loved Nike sneakers but there is something really wrong with this particular model. I have tried new batteries and several different usb ports on my home set-up but the same issues arise. Returning for a larger size, hopefully they fit. Like iphone 11 Pro, Macbook Pro, Airpad Pro; the "Pro" denotes a higher end product. He didnt do anything to them that could have caused them to break. I would recommend buying extra strap locks. Some wont fit at all, but will some will (Like HiFiMAN Pads and Brainwavz Pads). Exceptional quality for the price! My gaming headphones were too heavy to wear all day. I highly recommend this product .
