Very breathable too. The headband is not very hot. I would like a label I could print out. It cannot, I spent hours of my time researching and every method is very poorly explained and it will not give you exact instructions how. We ordered this Marcy Flat Bench SB-315 from Amazon more than a month ago and today it is still sitting in my hallway partially assembled in the box. Gotta love that . After reading a lot of iffy reviews, I decided to take my chances. There is one issue with this rack noted on a number of reviews. I read on here that the sizing would be a little tricky, and I was a little nervous especially because my feet are huge and never fit into anything-- I am a size 10! YAYY
