eTrailer has good instructions video on installing this on my vehicle. We have TV playing in the room I game and people talking can now barley hear them. I will. I can do piston squats standing on it no worries. This does make the "ring your phone or keys" function a bit pointless. I mostly order a half-size larger when buying sneakers/trainers, but since these dont come in half sizes, doing that would have resulted in sandals a full size larger than my regular shoe size, and I knew that wouldnt work on narrow feet. Im very picky with shoes and buying online makes the process difficult because I cant feel them, I cant tell if they will look nice on my feet, and I cant tell if they would fit well. Sound - the earbuds fit snugly, and the sound quality is incredible. But overall very nice product that I will recommend and purchase again. The only problem with this item is the security feature, do you need a specialty Allen wrench to attach it to your handlebar.
