Not sure if it is my location or what the problem is. I returned these because after less than 3 weeks the ear buds would not sync to each other and could only be used independently. While this can be handy for using across multiple surface types, a choice to keep eith one profile with 2 more buttons would be appreciated. It?s bad enough that I have to buy another pair because they will be unwearable soon. The shoes were comfortable enough. The cable provided has been commented as being too short for some users, and I can see where this may be an issue for some people with large desks. Im very pleased with it and have no regrets. The slippers appear to be very good quality and are extremely comfortable and cosy - like a warm hug for your feet at the end of a busy day. When they are available, I will purchase them. I will buy another for the wifes camper.
