They cancel noise better than expected, and depending on your volume, you may not hear anything at all, save for muted rumbles in the background if the person speaking is right next to you (They dont cancel noise much if youre not playing music though). I like them a lot! You cant even walk 3 steps without the Velcro coming loose and you step right out of the slide. The paint and condition are a little weird They are perfect for day wear and even going over some not so pleasant terrains. The lows are not bad but they are not insanely good either. This probably does make them easy to wipe clean, and I?m sure they?ll resist moisture. it has more than enough strength to handle any weight that I put on the barbell. My foot did need to adjust a little bit to the arch but thatll be different for everyone.
