Wish I would have just returned them. The service and care was amazing. Super uncomfortable. I honestly dont know why anybody would use this useless product. The one part I find a bit irritating is the seam at the tip of the opening near the toes. Which, mind you, needs replacing after awhile, in case you were not aware. The sandals I received for Christmas ran a bit smaller (same size as I currently own of the former style/different color), the piece between the toes is not very flexible and rubs between your toes & overall the cushion seems much firmer.
