Still not impressed by the mediocre customer service from Amazon. So sad, because they look so beautiful! My tire size is 27. As it was obviously glued in and the glue didnt hold, it now bunches all the way up, and every morning, I have to unstick it from itself and stretch it out/push it back into the slipper. You should be much more customer friendly in a case like this one, and pay for return shipping with NO restocking fee. Its a Razer mouse so you know it is good. Preface: I have tried multiple ?gamer? brand headphones in this price range with my PS4 and none have worked. but they aren?t ?? Fingerprint reader did not work and sensitivity did not work. Entire back end (zippered part) was shredded as you can see by the photo
