The product works fine as advertised with my galaxy buds and s9+. Overall, would highly recommend if youre needing a replacement cord! All this maneuvering around the hook has also resulted in lots of scuffing on my wall. Now if Im on my feet too long then I do start feeling the pain. My son will love this for his Arctis Pro. but received the wrong size. It only took me 1 minute to assemble it. Easy to put the frame together. I was expecting something flimsy and difficult to install. After hand tightening the screws (and while it isnt mentioned, I wouldnt torque the crap out of these either and check them after a first haul as well - carry the supplied allen wrench in the glovebox.
