I understand with use, the material should soften and mold but I was not willing to go through blisters like some other reviewers did. This unit has fallen short. If I?m talking on one of my phones and the other rings then my conversation gets cut off, and the battery life is not as good as I would like. I hope that isnt anywhere near how it sounds for the customers listening to us. I will be ordering a couple more as back ups for sure! Not once have I successfully changed the volume with the double click. I dont even know where to start on these. Ive had many people ask me about them & where they can get them. I think we will be buying more for him. The hooks were nice, but hard to use with anything hanging.
