This thing is capable of 24 bit audio at 96KHz. Its not flimsy. Long sleeve jacket if possible. The above issue could probably be fixed with a bit of epoxy resin to rebuild said bite point (I recommend Unibond Repair Express for convenience), but the point is that you really shouldnt have to. They fit well and are comfy as the clogs without the clog look. Sure the battery lasts long, but its a very basic notebook model. My main complaint is these are simply really noisy. I try to be patient with technology as I know a lot of issues are user error. Overall this headset is amazing and I would recommend just be aware you may need a usb splitter in order to have enough ports to use the thx box which you are going to want to use. The rudder axis failed after a couple weeks of very light use.
