However, they are holding up well so far, and they are very comfortable and versatile. 0 are by far the best Ive owned. While this microphone doesnt have the signature warm sound from Shures offerings, I think its a better fit for my voice. So why do they keep the same design/ contruction?Seems it would only take a simple cross stitch across the section that is prone to tearing. I highly recommend looking for a different brand as the failure rate for these seem to be very high, unless I just have really bad luck. I had no idea. Very well made!
