I never had much upper body strength before getting the purple band along with a pull up bar. --Original Review--I should begin by saying that my feet are somewhat hard to fit -- narrow, with high arches and insteps and very narrow heels. Well made I will definitely buy this items again! Came exactly as described. Id about given up hope when I decided to check here on Amazon and to my utter amazement I FOUND THIS ONE and it is perfect for my use! I wore them for a bit last night and now all day today. While this case does have some rubber or silicone pads within it, the Pros charging case rattles around within it. Dont buy it if you have coax digital audio out (not optical cable). This new version has some lovely tweaks.
