I can not seem to contatct Amazon in order to seek a replacement. Quite some weight to it, but feels very good quality. I spent a lot of time trying to fit four pairs of skis onto this rack, the best I could do is 3 singles per side. So I only ordered two because they were cheap enough and I added them to the system and they work great. Also alles super. They are flat, there is no cushion, and no arch support. For the price you cant beat them. Ich denke, Birkenstock sollte hier in der Qualität wieder nachbessern, um den Preis auch zu rechtfertigen. I tend to be hard on my slips. No creo que nadie se sienta decepcionado con ellos.
