The foam is also starting to have small pieces break away. It is strong but also gives me some trouble cleaning the floor. Clearly was repackaged from a return I have Galaxy S4 Active (regular S4 comes with headset in the package but not "Active" from AT&T) and when I used my old Ill go through each of the heads but just know that if I could have spent a little more money to get something that worked better I would have.
