These hooks fall off so easily! If you like the club look these are definitely the heels for you. Cute sandals for someone who has gone through the magic foot shrinking tunnel. No issues with full refund though I was surprised by the compact size at first, not knowing what would happen. This speakers size is small but wholly does it ever pound and its so clear! I could have made the 11 work with a shoe stretcher, but it was very, very snug and had an odd feel to the balance in the sole relative to my foot. Only downside is the material is a magnet for dog hair. For $240 I expected more than this. My husband installed it and only used 2 screws on each side instead of the 4 it was called for.
