A present well received! Im hoping Amazon will reach out to address the problem, or at the very least acknowledge the fact that this happened. I don?t usually leave reviews, but I am blown away by these earbuds for under $100. This is a very nice ladder. I do think they should be cheaper then $30 each but Im still really happy with them. They are slip on and perfect for the house. I figured it was just taking additional time to finish installing the software. If you were mounting this to a piece of equipment and leaving it in place it would probably work great. I purchased two of these desks and both of them had the same issue with the buttons used to raise/lower the top. Great price for what you get!
