Just a little bumbed Not a big issue for me though. I looked at all the top brands and had essentially resigned myself to the fact that I was going to get a pair of Irish Setters but the price just left me slightly ill. They are so pretty I love this shoes Sound quality for chat is fine, works perfectly with a ps5 (my previous older ps4 headset was incompatible with the in-controller mic). Glad we did not bother. Product is very well designed, came in great condition, nothing bent, everything aligned correctly, no errors with product. THANK YOU AMAZON! But they are perfect for shelter-in-place/working from home, etc. No problem changing the old to the new and they feel great.
