5 was a better fit, with the arch support falling at the right point. That alone is worth the $30 all on its own. I did tests with about 4 different ones. They really give you a nice 3 dimensional feel to the sound. In my case, I think the wide would have been TOO wide, and the next size up would have been too big. I rave about them. And the microphone port is noticeably smaller reducing call clarity.
