My son finally gets to open his gift, only to find out that each game we tried, gets the error message that I attached in the photo. I know, sounds gross and embarrassing. As I went to attach the boards (which I might add are just cheap, unfinished balsa wood--adequate, maybe, if the moths dont find the stuff ??), I discovered that the holes were drilled too low to mount the boards on the inside of the metal frames. Additionally, the fit for the 2019 Cherokee was not that great. I wanted something similar to the sandal that I could wear into the fall and this winter (indoors and or non extreme snowy conditions outdoors). I also tested the microphone to see if loud background noise would leak into the recording, and as loud as I pushed it, there was MINIMAL noise from the headphones *but* out of the box with no audio tweeks there is a lot of background chatter and white noise through the mic. I bought a half-size down (still fit all right) and went home ($100).
