It arrived on time but was missing the washers. I did not get the products on the image. Just wow - I?ve only had these for less than a week and I absolutely LOVE them. Wore these shoes once a few days ago and realized how bad the shoe fits . As a 30/32, they are the expected length. Bottom line, the sticks are good, not so much for customer service. Blessings! I tried forcing it in, but then to get it back out I had to have a person on the opposite side of the truck helping me pull the two ends appart to loosen it up a bit. Non garantisce il peso indicato. I love sandals that can match just about everything and these fit the bill.
