The insole provides excellent arch support. They are so easy to slip on running out the door and so much better comfort and support than sandals! What a weird review this turned out to be. When I plug in my headset directly into the microphone the microphone sounds just fine but when I plug in my headset into my PC the mic cuts out and is very quiet. This one is still just as feminine, with a nice size cross and a weighted heart by the clasp. Ive been using the pink ones and they work great!
