I have worn many differenct brands of diabetic shoes during this time, and always with an orthodic insert. Im only five foot tall, and tired of being short! They look solid but are, in fact, hollow and anything screwed in simply falls out, despite using the appropriate rawl plugs. My ?go to? everytime I come home from work and kick the heels off and when I was working at home for three months last year, worn day in/day out. I only used them three times on calls, and all three times I was forced to unplug them and stop using them during the call, because the other party complained of an annoying echo when I spoke. - The attachment mechanism feels very solid. Use the sizing chart provided by the seller and not Amazon, it is accurate! They always felt like they applied just a little too much pressure around the head from wearing them. I have another pair of slippers, and the low back means Im constantly treading on the heel as they slip off; this design prevents that. I bought an additional mic this week and went through the instructions but the mics just dont work consistently.
