The provided cord is very short -- only about a foot long. Considering these are Adidas and the pricing they should have been way more comfortable in the quality of them should have been way better they?re so thin and made so tightly you could barely get them between your toes I purchased this one because it advertised 50lb resistance. Looks good with outfits and makes my waist look so fit Those are my favorite. However with ANC turned on the low end disappears for some reason, maybe because of the frequency the ANC is using, but low end is very much present with ANC turned off.
