We like the bluetooth connection in addition to AM-FM radio. Turned on bluetooth from my laptop>powered on the headset>turned on pairing on the headset>then looked for "TaoTronics TT-BH021" on the laptop to finish the pairing process. They are a bit difficult to get on, because the back doesn?t always pull up. Enough so that it gives me a headache by not having the sounds even. It came with dings and scratches - used a marker on them. I bought 2 packs. What really irritates me is that some of them are ruined because they are all (10) stuck together and had to be thrown away. 3 for kids, 3 for women and 3 for men are all different sizes. Wish to have:- multiple masters: it only allows to connect to only one master- just a decent noise cancellation: maybe with a basic noise cancellation, I would pay $50 for this.
