So the Velcro was exposed and would stick to the hem of slacks, etc. I then reinstalled the tow hook, put all the bolts in place and torqued it all down. Just an FIY and something to consider. I?ll start by saying I am not a fan of the trend but went with it bc I need shoes for the water and pool this summer. The rubber retainer parts seems to have loosened over time. Im pretty sure it wouldve rolled off the dollies before they budged. Second pair of Birkenstocks that I have bought in this style and while they are comfy, both pairs have not even lasted a year each, breaking and coming apart on the toe in the same place both times. Hardly worn and they are falling apart. No one within the company that designs this product thought it would be pertinent to actually label the shelves, so you?re on your own on figuring out which shelf goes where. It has worked flawlessly.
