So, I am happy to give 5 stars. I love them because Im petite, and already have a pair of 1/2 ctw and 1 ctw studs . Amazing sound with new BTR5 compare to BTR1Battery life - allows you forget about charging during a dayNo more issues with reconnecting after you got out of range. Quick delivery well sized and very comfy. The only problem with the case is that it hits the volume switch and often mutes it. Ill update my review if customer service comes through.
