I also have occasional plantar fasciitis, and these shoes have never bothered my feet. Manual shows you exercises types you can do but only imagination limits you from finding different ways of workout. I suspect over time all these devices lose sharpness, but Panasonic claim you can get spare blades (which I doubt is true). But this product is only as strong as the wall you hang it upon. High are emphasized but nowhere sibilant like Audio Technicas of past and is very accurate. Found and bought this product for my Cloud 2 Gaming Headset after looking at similar products. No other pedals offer that as far as Im aware.
